today while working in ceramics lab, a lady was like Ceramics work wonder…she’s been doing yoga but nothing gave her a peace of mind like making teapots

🙂 haha for me as well but I never did yoga, would actually think yoga is frustrating since I cannot bend my body 180 degrees backward…

i think aroma therapy relieves stress too . . .
