If you recalled, I had posted about <a href=\"http:\/\/www.krunk4ever.com\/blog\/2008\/02\/02\/more-ram-good-right\/\">Vista showing only 2,943 MB of RAM<\/a>, even though BIOS detected all 4GB.<\/p>\n<p>I hadn&#8217;t updated any motherboard firmware recently and the only driver updates I installed was my ATI Radeon X1600Pro.<\/p>\n<p>Windows Update did install SP1 about 2 weeks back and that&#8217;s the only explanation I can come up that has enabled all 4GB of RAM.<\/p>\n<p>Maybe when they release Windows XP SP3, all 4GB of RAM on my XP box will be enabled. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>So I recently found out that my Windows Vista MCE box is now showing all 4.00GB of RAM in System Properties.
